Given the age and high complicated mechanics of watches we repair, each timepiece presents unique issues and outcomes. Therefore, we provide customers with an estimate after your timepiece has been examined in our atelier.

Additional parts that need to be replaced, manufactured in-house, or sourced alongside the traditional watchmaking processes required to repair existing components, will be charged in addition to base pricing. These costs will be added to the base prices quoted on estimates.
Many parts no longer exist from brands or suppliers, in most cases. We are unique as we manufacture parts from raw material in house using CNC, traditional methods & lasers.
Polishing:
We have specialized watchmaking micro laser machine on premises, lapping machine service, micro bead blasting machine, polishing machines, steam cleaning and ultrasonic tanks for refinishing. Consultation regarding these services is on a per watch basis.
Estimate Refusal:
If you decide to not proceed with repairs there is a minimum $300 charge per watch. This “estimate refusal” charge is based on the complication of the watch and can exceed the minimum charge, as more complicated watches involve more time to estimate, plus shipping costs back to the sender.
