Our Master Watchmaker Dan Spitz has received his Swiss Watchmaking certification and training at the world’s most esteemed watchmaking institution, the WOSTEP School for Watchmaking located in Neuchatel, Switzerland.
Dan was trained under the guidance of Antoine Simonin, the very architect of the entire worldwide WOSTEP curriculum, in the company of some of the most respected figures in watchmaking. You are directly connected to the watchmakers’ atelier.
The WOSTEP school of Watchmaking in Switzerland is regarded as the highest form of Watchmaking education on the planet.
Independence
In the USA, only a handful of Master Watchmakers trained in Switzerland have the proper expertise and extensive hands-on experience needed for high-grade complicated mechanical timepiece service in an independent service center. We operate at the highest level of watchmaking and adhere only to Swiss standards.

Atelier
Our Atelier represents a unique fusion of history and modernity, expertly integrating rare vintage Swiss precision machinery and time-honored Swiss watchmaking methods, along with contemporary CNC technology comparable to the finest high grade brand specific Swiss after-sales service centers.

OVERVIEW
Our Watchmaker works by strict Swiss norms. An overhaul is a complete disassembly of every caliber part. The equivalent of completely disassembling your car engine and rebuilding it.

Basic Minimum Service
- Complete disassembly of your watch and movement
- Inspection of each individual component
- Replacement of worn parts (part cost extra)
- Cleaning of your movement in our automated cleaning machine
- Case cleaning by ultrasonic
- Bracelet cleaning by ultrasonic (if applicable)
- Bracelet steam cleaning
- Hand lubrication of your movement with latest Swiss synthetic lubricants
- Lubrication or replacement of gaskets (part cost extra)
- Reassembly of your watch
- Demagnetizing internal parts
- Epilame when necessary
- Lubeta V series coating when necessary
- Jewel or Ruby adjustment when necessary
- Hairspring adjustment when necessary
- Testing of your watch’s functionality
- Regulation on our German & Swiss timing machines
- Dynamic poising on all high grade watches
- Water Resistance check in our Swiss Witschi dry test machine
- Wet Test Water Resistance check when necessary
Polishing
We offer “on premises” case and band lapping, polishing, micro bead blasting, steam cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning and micro laser machine work.
Our One Year Warranty
We are confident you will have zero problems with our workmanship, but due to a watch being a micro mechanical machine that is in constant motion, the unforeseen can happen. To ensure our watchmaking customers rest easy we have a one year warranty on modern watches and six months on vintage watches for workmanship. Laser welding case restoration
We utilize an in-house laser welding machine specifically designed for repairing and restoring watch cases and parts, enabling restoration practices that were once unattainable. This innovative approach greatly expands the potential for preserving cherished timepieces you may have thought beyond saving.
- We can repair cases that have been compromised beyond normal polishing or lapping techniques.
- We can remove names and inscriptions from watch case backs.
- We use 316L, 904L, and solid gold for applications.
